In April 2025, Nat and Johanna purchased Altitude Bikes, a perfect complement to the Alexandra Motor Lodge.
Whether you’re after the power of an e-bike or the classic feel of a standard bike, we've got you covered.
From your home base at the Alexandra Motor Lodge, you can set out on some of New Zealand’s most iconic cycling trails – the Otago Central Rail Trail, Lake Dunstan Trail, Roxburgh Gorge Trail, and the Clutha Gold Trail, or simply enjoy one of the many scenic local day rides.
Need a lift? Nat is ready to shuttle you and your bike to your chosen starting point, so you can ride at your own pace and soak up the stunning Central Otago landscapes.
To book a bike, add a note in your booking that you would like to book a bike and we will have it ready and waiting for you when you arrive.
